Unum seeks a Territory Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations for the Territory Office, coordinating with the Territory Sales Manager and Core Team to drive efficiency and data integrity. The role focuses on managing facilities, schedules, and partnerships across the territory.

The position requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to budgeting and event coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Associates Degree or higher with three or more years of experience as an Office Manager or Administrator is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other software systems to support office operations.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and independent working abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of the Territory Office, including maintenance, administration, mailing, shipping, supply and equipment management.
• Create and manage the weekly territory schedule and collaborate with partners to fulfill needs.
• Support the Territory Sales Manager with calendar, reports and travel logistics.
