Job summary

Florida Made Tiny Homes is hiring a New Home Sales Consultant to cover Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. This outside/territory role allows you to work from a home office, meet clients virtually and in person, and collaborate with our corporate team as you grow our ADU and tiny home lineup.

You will build a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, coordinate with lenders, present tailored quotes, and aim to exceed revenue targets in a startup environment based in West Palm Beach.

Responsibilities

• Complete company-generated in-home appointments in addition to setting appointments with self-generated leads for a bigger commission.
• Leading every customer through a structured ADU sales process to increase sales.
• Discovering customers’ pain points, problems and the feasibility of building an ADU as a solution.
• Partnering with our vetted lenders to optimize financing solutions.
• Impressing customers with customized home quotes tailored to solve their biggest housing challenges.
• Uncovering and overcoming objections, confidently closing sales to hit sales and revenue goals.
• Building and nurturing your sales pipeline through social media, home shows, Realtors, industry professionals, and other lead gen channels.
