Florida Made Tiny Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to cover the Greater Tampa Bay area. You will work from a home office, meet clients at their homes or virtually, and occasionally travel to Casselberry offices.

The role focuses on selling ADUs, tiny homes, and space-saving houses with a flexible, commission-based structure. Residing in the market, you will guide homeowners through a structured sales process, build relationships, and meet aggressive sales goals while collaborating

Qualifications

• Must reside within the Greater Tampa Bay market or active territory
• 100% commission structure is possible; strong closing ability required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and meeting sales goals

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home appointments and self-generated lead meetings for larger commissions
• Lead customers through ADU sales process to increase conversions
• Identify pain points and feasibility of ADU solutions for homeowners
• Coordinate with lenders to optimize financing options
• Present customized quotes addressing clients’ housing challenges
• Build a robust sales pipeline via social media, home shows, Realtors, and other channels
