Florida Made Tiny Homes, headquartered in Casselberry, Florida, is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to cover the Central Florida market from a home office, with some in-person client meetings and occasional office time in Casselberry.

You will guide homeowners through an ADU-focused sales process, while collaborating with lenders to optimize financing and delivering tailored quotes to solve housing needs.

OUTSIDE SALES / TERRITORY SALES POSITION SERVING THE CENTRAL FLORIDA AREA Florida Made Tiny Homes is headquartered in Casselberry, Florida (Orlando area). You'll manage your territory from your home office, meet with clients virtually and in person throughout your market, collaborate with our corporate team, and occasionally work from our Casselberry offices.

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you'll sell within our dedicated Central Florida territory. Candidates must reside within the market they will serve.

Florida Made Tiny Homes is growing and we are expanding our sales team to bring our innovative tiny homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and space-saving single-family homes to new Florida markets. We are adding a New Home Sales Consultant to our Orlando-based Central Florida sales team.

• Uncovering and overcoming objections, confidently closing sales to hit sales and revenue goals.
• Building and nurturing your sales pipeline through social media, home shows, Realtors, industry professionals, and other lead gen channels.
