Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in the McLean, VA area to execute the strategic territory plan with compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, and infusion center staff.

You will identify strategic relationships, manage KOLs, address disease education and practice workflow considerations, and analyze prescribing trends to exceed quarterly and annual territory sales goals, with potential commissions/bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 3+ years of direct MS sales experience required.
• Biosimilars/infusion sales experience required (buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy networks).
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel in designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plan with compliant, clinically compelling messaging.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers, clinics, and health systems.
• Engage with KOLs and maintain coverage with priority accounts.
• Address clinical and business needs with disease education and workflow considerations.
• Develop data-driven territory plans and analyze prescribing trends to exceed sales goals.
