SpringWorks Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead sales in a defined U.S. territory. You will liaison between customers and the company, promoting rare disease therapies and executing approved clinical information with compliant account planning.

You will build key relationships with HCPs and hospitals, analyze data, and drive revenue while embracing digital omnichannel strategies and field coaching to improve performance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• 5+ years Rare Disease sales in pharma/healthcare.
• Neurology and Oncology experience highly desirable.
• Experience with virtual selling and tech adoption.

Aufgaben

• Lead territory revenue goals and customer relationships.
• Promote rare disease products within guidelines and compliance.
• Develop and execute account plans with HCPs, hospitals, and practices.
• Collaborate with field and HQ teams to meet revenue targets.
• Travel within territory up to 50% as needed.
