SpringWorks Therapeutics, a healthcare company of Merck KGaA Darmstadt Germany, is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead sales in the Phoenix area. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, delivering revenue by executing approved clinical information and strategic account plans in live and virtual settings.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years of pharma or biotech sales with Rare Disease experience, Neurology knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years pharma/biotech experience required.
• 5+ years Rare Disease sales experience required.
• Neurology experience in pediatric and adult preferred.
• Experience with virtual selling and technology.

Responsabilités

• Maintain expert knowledge of company policies and guidelines.
• Achieve territory revenue goals through account planning and collaboration.
• Build relationships with HCPs, practices, and hospitals.
• Promote rare disease products ethically and in line with guidelines.
• Travel up to 50% and live within territory.
