Job summary

Lincare, Americas largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, seeks an outside sales representative to grow our local market in Colorado. You will generate leads, build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and hit monthly sales targets.

We offer a competitive base salary with unlimited commissions, comprehensive benefits, and ample training. The first-year total compensation is expected to be $60,000–$70,000, reflecting base pay plus performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales in healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective leads using data-driven strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through engagement with referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent sales presence across the designated territory in Colorado.
• Deliver educational sessions with referral sources to promote product categories.
• Provide clinical follow-up and reporting to referral sources.
