Job summary

Lincare Holdings, America's largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Fort Collins, CO to expand our local market reach. You will build relationships with physicians, identify leads, and meet monthly sales targets through a mix of base pay and commissions.

Responsibilities include presenting product categories, delivering in-services to referral sources, and providing timely clinical follow-up while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Data-driven sales strategies and relationship-building experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with physicians, hospital staff and referral sources.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue leads within the local market.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent sales presence across the designated territory.
• Provide in-services to referral sources to promote product categories.
• Deliver clinical follow-up reports to referral sources.
