Job summary

Mainstay Medical is seeking a Therapy Specialist to support the Rhode Island territory, using clinical care experience to educate physicians, healthcare teams, and patients during procedures.

You will expand access to the ReActiv8 implant by building clinical partnerships, delivering training, and supporting the sales team in growth initiatives. This role requires significant travel and a patient-centric, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer relationships and account management.
• Clinical background and field-based sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 60-80% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand for Mainstay products through presentations and demos to clinicians and physicians.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and coordinate training programs.
• Develop tailored educational content for stakeholders and accounts.
• Nurture clinical champions and provide exceptional post-sale support.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and case support to customers.
• Collaborate with Therapy Managers and Sales Leaders to target high-potential accounts.
• Transition to account maintenance and growth after thresholds are met.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with field partners for coordinated engagement.
