Job summary

Mainstay Medical is seeking a Therapy Specialist to support the Olympia area by delivering comprehensive clinical and patient support, education, and post-implant services. You will drive demand, educate clinicians, participate in clinical cases, and assist the sales team to accelerate adoption of the ReActiv8 therapy.

The role requires extensive travel (60-80%), collaboration with Therapy Managers and Sales Leaders, and ongoing clinical input to marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience with proven track record in developing and nurturing customer relationships and account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Demand for Mainstay Products by conducting strategic, evidence-based product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians and physicians in hospital, ASC, practice, and clinical settings.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) within territory and recruit physicians and staff for local training programs with clinical data and patient success stories.
• Develop tailored educational content addressing clinical challenges for stakeholders to resonate with each audience.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and case support through training programs and refresher sessions to ensure optimal product utilization and positive patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Therapy Managers and Sales Leaders to identify high-potential accounts and develop clinically-focused value propositions for new business and expansion.
• Transition into primary account maintenance once implant volumes are stable to achieve growth targets and deepen clinical partnerships.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with field-based partners and maintain alignment on account priorities through joint planning and communication.
