Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Market Sales Manager for poppi to drive retail sales execution across large-format, convenience, gas, and away-from-home accounts.

In this field-based role, you will lead and coach the teams you support, visit stores daily, and bring the poppi brand to life in market while strengthening customer relationships. Collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies, leverage syndicated data, and maximize in-store opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry-related experience in CPG, F&B, retail, or grocery.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies with in-store execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and sales-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth within territory; maximize upsell opportunities for poppi displays and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales leadership on retailer activations and upcoming focus areas.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers to grow the poppi brand in the territory.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the teams you support for maximum market impact.
• Collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies supporting brand development and performance.
• Leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide sales strategy.
• Participate in local and regional sales drives and market blitzes to meet development goals.
