Job summary

Kurita Group is expanding its Northeast/Philadelphia team. The Territory Manager, Application & Sales will grow and maintain territory accounts, develop new business opportunities, and apply water treatment knowledge to optimize processes and cost savings.

Location: Northeast/Philadelphia; Travel up to 50%. Salary range: $90,000–$115,000 plus benefits. The role requires strong technical aptitude, CRM proficiency, and excellent communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of water treatment operations or sales experience in an engineering setting, equipment supplier, or membrane plant operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%; must live near a major airport.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter, autonomous and highly motivated.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Regional revenue growth targets for the territory.
• Serve as the primary customer contact including technical issues and updates.
• Identify opportunities to expand projects and add value for customers.
• Ensure delivered products and services achieve high quality and performance.
• Interact with customers, consultants, engineers, contractors and internal staff.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve challenges.
• Participate in training and regional sales meetings, and represent the company at trade shows.

Education

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Life Sciences

Five years water treatment operations or sales experience
