Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in St. George, UT to build and manage relationships with clinical partners and referral sources. You will travel 4-5 days per week to meet patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, and expand our local presence.

You will contribute to GTM strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive access to behavioral health programs as part of a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPIs
• Must be fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling approach
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals
