Shaw Sports Turf is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to cultivate relationships with end-use customers in Western PA, Eastern OH, Western NY, and WV, and to develop distributor and installation partners within the territory.

You will present Shaw’s products to end users, architects, and engineers, educate on the full range of offerings, and actively pursue new project opportunities while coordinating with a remote support team across time zones.

Qualificações

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; 5 years outside sales or equivalent training; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in athletic field construction or public sector sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales approach with end users, distributors, and architects to specify appropriate systems.
• Establish and maintain distribution and installation partner relationships.
• Give presentations to school boards, facilities management, architects, and engineers to demonstrate Shaw Sports Turf benefits.
• Travel within territory to call on customers and prospect new business.
• Build relationships with customers through meetings and events.
• Understand product lines, procurement, and sports field construction.
