Shaw Sports Turf, a leading American-owned synthetic turf company, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across assigned accounts and partners. The role requires consultative selling, presentations to diverse stakeholders, and frequent travel within the territory to advance Shaw’s installation projects and partnerships.

The candidate should have 5 years of outside sales experience, a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and be comfortable working remotely with an extended team.

Qualificações

• Must have 5 years of outside sales experience or completed sales training program.
• 50% to 75% travel is required.
• Must reside within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Use a consultative approach with end users, distributors, contractors, architects, engineers, etc. to select appropriate systems.
• Establish and grow distribution partners and relationships.
• Present to end-users, school boards, facilities management, and senior stakeholders to educate on Shaw Sports Turf benefits.
• Travel throughout the assigned area to call on customers and prospect new ones.
• Build relationships with customers through entertaining events and meetings.
• Represent Shaw at regional and national events as required.
• Understand product lines, procurement processes, and sports field construction.
• Work autonomously in a remote environment with a widespread support team.
