Seeking 3+ years of P&C underwriting experience specifically in the Human Services industry. Knowledgeable about trends affecting Human Services such as levels of care requirements, funding, and federal and state oversight/involvement. Experience underwriting relevant/adjacent professional liability or abuse coverages (e.g., healthcare, senior living) may also be considered.
Ideal work-from-home location for the Human Services TM is the northeast, but positions may be filled elsewhere within the US for the right candidate.
Compensation grade GSD130.

As a Territory Manager, you will market, manage, and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers. Your responsibilities include driving profit and premium to meet financial goals through developing, negotiating, and implementing business plans. You will lead and influence agencies by creating sales strategies and implementing practices that drive new sales, increase shelf space, profit, and customer retention. Collaboration with internal partners to support and increase Nationwide’s presence is essential.

Salary range for this role is $94,000 - $194,000, with an expected starting range of $104,000 - $156,000, depending on various factors.
