Job summary

Envista is seeking a Territory Manager to accelerate Spark Clear Aligner sales across designated accounts in the U.S. You will build plans, manage relationships with dental practices, and partner with internal teams to onboard new accounts.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, customer education, and meeting sales quotas while supporting rapid growth of Envista's Spark and Digital Orthodontic business units. A strong field presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence.
• Excellent oral and written communication, able to persuade.
• Proficient with sales tools and marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Close, expand and retain Spark business within assigned accounts.
• Meet or exceed quotas and goals.
• Educate customers and clinicians on Spark value and benefits.
• Learn customer practices and align Spark to care philosophy.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines with internal teams for new customers.
• Monitor product utilization and ensure successful Spark conversions.
