Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Territory Manager to drive commercialization of OSA therapy within an assigned sales territory. You will work to achieve sales plans, enhance therapy awareness, and identify new accounts for rapid implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in medical device/pharma sales (or 5 years in the field), strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel within the territory, including overnights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience, or 5 years in the field.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities to introduce OSA therapy in the assigned sales territory.
• Drive implant growth to meet sales plan and ensure patient throughput.
• Assess new potential accounts and orchestrate site assessments and development.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas while ensuring adherence to guidelines.
