DAVID BAGGA COMPANY is seeking a Medical Device Surgical Sales Specialist Manager in Seattle/Tacoma area. Base salary about $100,000 with negotiable terms. Total first-year compensation around $225,000 with uncapped potential.

The role covers Greater Seattle, Portland area, Montana and Alaska travels, with a strong growth culture and car allowance. Must have a 4-year college degree and 3–5 years of microsurgery OR experience calling on hospitals (Plastic, ENT, OR Head & Neck, or Cardiovascular).

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in Microsurgery in the OR calling on hospitals with plastic, ENT, OR head and neck, or cardiovascular surgery.

Responsabilités

• Sell medical devices in the Seattle area and Pacific Northwest.
• Engage surgeons and OR staff to drive adoption and usage of products.
• Manage travel within territory including Portland, MT, and AK per the job description.
