Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an experienced Territory Executive for Sacral Neuromodulation. You will lead a field sales and clinical team, drive quarterly business plans, and deliver comprehensive clinical support including patient education and device programming.

You will build relationships with physicians and hospital leaders, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to execute initiatives. Travel 1–2 overnights weekly is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High initiative and creativity; ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a field sales and clinical team to achieve business targets and long-term growth.
• Execute strategic territory and quarterly business plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide comprehensive clinical support, including patient education, device programming, follow-up, and in-service training.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital leadership, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to implement sales and educational initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and healthcare changes to adjust strategies.
• Represent the company at clinical meetings, conferences, and training programs.
• Manage territory operations with reporting, inventory stewardship, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain deep clinical, technical, and product expertise; stay current on competitors.
• Utilize CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce and Tableau to drive insights.
