Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Executive for Sacral Neuromodulation in the Fort Worth area. You will lead a field sales and clinical team, execute territory plans, and deliver comprehensive clinical support to healthcare professionals, patients, and facilities.

The role requires strong communication, a track record of sales success, and willingness to travel 1–2 overnights per week. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to advance strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High initiative and creativity; ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a field sales and clinical team to achieve business targets and longterm growth.
• Execute strategic territory and quarterly business plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide comprehensive clinical support, including patient education, device programming, followup, and inservice training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital leadership, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to implement effective sales and educational initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and healthcare system changes to adjust strategies proactively.
• Represent the company at clinical meetings, conferences, and training programs.
• Manage territory operations with integrity, including reporting, inventory stewardship, and compliance with T&E, AdvaMed, and company standards.
• Maintain deep clinical, technical, and product expertise while staying current on competitive offerings.
• Utilize CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to drive business insights and performance.
