Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High initiative and creativity; ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a field sales and clinical team to achieve targets.
• Execute strategic territory and quarterly business plans.
• Provide comprehensive clinical support, including patient education and device programming.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams for sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at clinical meetings, conferences, and trainings.
• Manage territory operations including reporting, inventory stewardship, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain deep clinical, technical, and product expertise; stay current on competitors.
