Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercial success and clinical adoption of PROCEPT Robotic Systems within a defined territory. You will lead launches, expand Aquablation therapy, and build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders to optimize patient pathways.

You will partner with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Capital, and Launch teams to ensure cross-functional execution, training, and smooth account transitions, while achieving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment.
• Ability to manage complex hospital selling environments.
• Experience selling inside a practice/clinic setting.
• Achieve clinical proficiency within 60 days post internal Aqua Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish Procept’s therapies as the preferred treatment options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop territory and account plans with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, hospital stakeholders.
• Onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway.
• Coordinate account planning with Clinical Specialists, Capital, and Launch teams.
