Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with assigned client accounts by phone or in person.
• Ensures client satisfaction with products and services and resolves escalated issues.
• Evaluates client needs and proposes solutions.
• Acts as single point of contact and coordinates client service teams.
• Develops relationships with key decision makers for opportunities.
• Pre-sell products to architects during planning stages.
