Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Stanley Access Technologies division to drive client satisfaction, manage key accounts, and identify cross-selling opportunities across relevant verticals.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with property managers, hospitals, contractors, and spec writers, while coordinating with sales and service teams to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, project management or similar experience.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship rapport-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Candidate must live in the local market.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with assigned client accounts by phone or in person, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and resolving escalated issues.
• Evaluate client needs and propose potential solutions.
• Serve as a single point of contact for the client and coordinate the work of client service teams.
• Identify and escalate cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
• Provide client training or basic support.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers for opportunities to provide our product line in relevant verticals.
