Job summary

Software Placement Group in Oxnard, CA seeks a Territory Manager to drive direct-to-customer sales for a mobile store model across multiple industries. This full-time, field-based role requires building new business within a defined territory and delivering on growth targets.

You'll prospect, demonstrate products, manage relationships, and maintain the mobile store's availability and presentation while reporting daily activities. Must reside in territory and have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Reside within the assigned territory; relocation not offered.
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Clean driving history.
• Physically capable of kneeling and bending regularly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stable work history with minimal job hopping (ideally ≤3 employers in 10 years).
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
• Self-motivated with a history of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls near existing customers.
• Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demonstrations, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, and presentation of your mobile store.
• Submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Keep customer contact information up to date in company software.
