Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking an outside sales Territory Manager for Southern Arizona. You will be the frontline face, prospecting new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving billions in gross value. Expect a base plus uncapped commission, company vehicle, laptop, smartphone and expense account.

You’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager and travel 4–6 auctions per year, with 5–7 days of travel monthly, working from a home office and on the road as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years in outside/field sales.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Equipment/Construction industry experience preferred.
• Proven quota attainment and strong relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Work from home office and on the road.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions; prospect and close new business.
• Manage and grow existing accounts in the territory.
• Develop and maintain territory playbook; use CRM regularly.
• Deliver customized solutions via presentations and demos.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to close deals.
• Attend auctions; travel 5–7 days per month; perform other duties.
