Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new sales of mobile industrial hardware across a defined California territory. You will prospect, present solutions from the mobile store, and manage field activities with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities include maintaining store operations, reporting daily results, and ensuring data integrity in the CRM while meeting revenue targets. A strong tenure history and self-directed work style are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background; ideally 3 or fewer employers in the last 10 years.
• Residence within assigned territory required; relocation not available.
• Ability to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
