Job summary
Stonhard seeks a Territory Manager for Kansas City North to drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and strategic opportunities. You will manage customer records in Salesforce, identify new business, and coordinate with installation crews to support projects.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial/commercial sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce/ZoomInfo and Microsoft 365. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial markets.
- Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, self-directed environment.
- CRM systems experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls and meet activity targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and logs in Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate installation-site activities with partners and crews, including occasional weekends/holidays.
