Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a TMTT Territory Manager for a Texas territory (Austin/San Antonio) to drive sales growth and clinical adoption of innovative heart valve therapies. You will partner with Field Clinical Specialists and the Regional Director to guide physicians and staff for optimal device use and outcomes.

The role requires extensive travel, strong sales acumen in cath lab settings, and deep knowledge of interventional cardiology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (car, air, overnight).

As a TMTT Territory Manager, you will drive sales growth and business development across a Texas (Austin and San Antonio) based territory. Candidates based in Austin or San Antonio, TX area strongly preferred. Partnering with Field Clinical Specialists and Regional Director, you’ll guide physicians and staff in mastering device use to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Success requires expertise in interventional cardiology, strong sales acumen, technical proficiency, and leadership that fosters trust and respect. Candidates must have proven experience selling innovative cath lab products.

What you’ll need (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience required. Medical device sales experience preferred
• A willingness to travel up to 50% (includes car, air, overnight)

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Previous experience (either sales or clinical support role) with launching a new implantable technology
• Creativity and diplomatic communication skills that influence customer buying decisions
• Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
• Confidence working with limited guidance and direction from your manager
• Expertise in catheter delivered technology and comfortable with hands‑on clinician training
• Established network in the interventional cardiology market
• Expert clinical skills specifically in cardiac surgery or interventional cardiology
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
