Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring for a field-based sales role covering NYC, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey. You will drive sales across multiple Baxter portfolios, implement strategic plans, and engage with alternate-site customers to educate and close deals.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of medical sales experience, strong data analysis skills, and willingness to travel. The role offers base pay of $96,000–$120,000 with incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of sales experience; medical sales with distributors ideal.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive sales strategies.
• Travel to remote or urban areas is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio in the territory.
• Sell across Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, Pharma, and Fluid Therapy portfolios.
• Implement sales strategies and execute business plans to meet targets.
• Call on alternate site customers and deliver product information and education.
• Collaborate with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy and Nutrition teams.
• Protect, service, and grow the current base of business.
• Manage and maximize Baxter GPO contracts.
• Provide market information to management and marketing.
