SHOWA Group is seeking a Traveling Sales Representative to cover Missouri and Arkansas. The role focuses on hunting new business and managing long-term distributor relationships while traveling regularly to national accounts.

The ideal candidate has industrial safety and related sales experience, with proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace, and a willingness to travel up to 50% overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• Industrial safety experience relevant to territory sales.
• Experience in selling industrial products or services to distributors/end-users.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across MO/AR and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales budgets, incorporating promotions into the approach.
• Utilize Salesforce/CRM to manage customer relations and analyze performance.
• Engage with customers daily, including distributors and end-users.
• Collaborate with distribution, product management, and purchasing for new products and deliveries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and verticals.
• Showcase SHOWA capabilities to distributors and end users.
• Participate in sales meetings and distributor conferences; train distributors to promote products.
• Follow travel approvals and expense policies; support leadership with non-sales tasks as needed.
