Bioventus LLC is seeking a Territory Manager II – Restorative Therapies in Baton Rouge, LA. You will consult with healthcare professionals and patients, delivering clinical and technical information to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities include developing territory plans, expanding product knowledge, and identifying opportunities within large networks while training clinicians and staff on proper product use.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience delivering quota, preferably in biotech, life sciences, pharma, medical device, or related industry.
• Non-sales candidates with clinical experience in related call points may be considered (2+ years).
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills including CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve the assigned sales quota for the products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for the products.
• Identify and navigate large opportunities within IDNs and large physician networks.
• Conduct clinical in-service trainings with customers, adhering to compliance protocols.
• Educate healthcare providers and staff in clinic settings on proper product use.
• Assist with projects such as test markets, market surveys, product evaluations, and competitive research.
• Adhere to inventory and sample control processes including compliance, cost control, and field inventory management.
• Maintain current company communications via email, voicemail, conference calls, and meetings.
• Complete daily office visit entries in CRM and manage expenses timely.
• Complete required training assignments by deadlines and adhere to Code of Compliance and Ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
