Job summary

coolCARE Warranty seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales and business development within a defined territory. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will expand coolCARE’s presence by building new networks and strengthening relationships with contractors, distributors, and partners.

In this growth-focused role you will develop account plans, coach partners, and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales, business development, or account management (HVAC or warranty industry experience preferred).
• Educated with a college degree (preferred).
• Strong communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills.
• Willing and able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build collaborative relationships within the team.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow sales and profitability with key customers.
• Facilitate training programs for new customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and onboard new business.
• Work with distribution partners and secure individual partners.
