Job summary

coolCARE Warranty in Houston is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and business development in a defined territory. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will expand coolCARE's presence by building new networks and strengthening relationships with customers and distribution partners.

Responsibilities include managing accounts for growth, creating account plans for sales and profitability, and onboarding new partners. Travel up to 25% to visit clients and distributors.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales, business development, or account management (HVAC or warranty industry preferred).
• Strong communicator with verbal and written skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts for ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture relationships within the team and with partners.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow sales and profitability with key customers.
• Facilitate training programs for new customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and onboard new business.
• Work with distribution partners and secure individual partners.
• Travel up to 25% to visit customers, distributors, and partners.
