Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager in the Hartford–New Haven area, CT. This field-based role requires regular in-person visits to healthcare practices to grow Nabi’s referral network and expand access to weight-inclusive care.

You will educate providers on Nabi’s services, help streamline referrals, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey. A strong independent work ethic and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage a sales/referral pipeline.
• Independent field-based work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive relationship-building and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers to build long-term referral partnerships.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins and visits to educate providers about Nabi’s services.
• Grow and nurture existing provider relationships for steady referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s care model and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth experience for providers and patients.
• Manage territory from a home base with regular provider visits and local events.
