Job summary

The Seals of Denver Metro helps restaurants and commercial kitchens keep their refrigeration systems airtight by replacing gaskets and providing related services. This role focuses on developing new accounts through in-person visits, performing installations, and maintaining strong customer relationships across a local territory.

You will be the first hire, enjoy freedom and autonomy, and work with a supporting team as you build your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have attitude and intent; experience helpful but not required.
• Persistence is key; follow-up is where the fortune lies.
• Comfort with basic tools; tape measure and drill.
• Integrity is essential for a service business.
• Organization and time management; daily scheduling.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on a ladder occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver‘s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts by making in-person sales visits.
• Conduct quarterly inspections for existing customers.
• Perform the installation of gaskets and related items.
• Invoice customers for work performed.
• Update the company database on all customer activity.
