THE SEALS - Refrigeration Gasket Specialists in the United States is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (AM) to generate new business opportunities and grow the customer base for the franchise. The AM will often perform the labor to fulfill orders.

You will prospect across the territory, deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, build relationships, and manage a sales pipeline from lead to close while coordinating with the franchise owner and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of service-based industries is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• The installation of refrigeration gaskets and other products in commercial kitchens, mostly restaurants.
