Job summary

Backyard Products, a nationally recognized backyard builder, seeks a Territory Manager in Tracy, CA to lead territory operations and sub-contractor teams. You will drive sales, maintain assets, and ensure safety and compliance across facilities and projects.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of supervision experience in construction/building materials, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4 years of supervision or sub-contractor supervision in construction/building materials preferred.
• Strong understanding of wood working, building products, construction and related materials.
• Proficient in basic accounts payable/receivable, inventory control, and profit & loss concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Management to protect and maintain company assets and resources including inventory, product handling, and facility.
• Lead the acquisition and management of a core team of sub-contractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to team members and management.
• Assist with auditing procedures and inventory schedules.
