Backyard Products, LLC in Elgin, IL is seeking a Territory Manager to lead subcontractor networks, protect company assets, and drive territory sales and service quality. You will oversee inventory handling, audits, and claims while ensuring safe operations and top customer satisfaction across the region.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of supervision and subcontractor oversight, plus knowledge of wood building products.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of relevant supervision and subcontractor supervision experience.
• Proficient knowledge of wood working, building products, and construction.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable / Receivable, Inventory control, and Profit & Loss.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Management to protect and maintain company assets and resources.
• Lead and maintain a strong core team of sub-contractors for customer satisfaction.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and management.
• Assist in audits and inventory schedules; manage related tasks.
• Assist with inventory activities including ordering, receiving, storing, shipping, and filing claims.
• Execute promotional merchandising plans within the territory and uphold presentation standards.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; uphold confidentiality.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure compliance and support training as assigned.
