Abbott is seeking a (Senior) Territory Manager for Electrophysiology covering the South Coast region (Plymouth, Exeter, Dorchester, Bournemouth) with remote-based work in Solihull. You will drive revenue, grow market share, and build strategic partnerships across accounts in EP disposables, software, and capital products.

The role emphasizes strong customer relationships, strategic account planning, and on-boarding of new clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and market-leading

• EP experience strongly preferred in complex devices sales.

We have a great opportunity for a (Senior) Territory Manager to join Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) division covering South Coast (Plymouth, Exeter, Dorchester, Bournemouth) region.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for revenue generation and growing market share within the assigned accounts, for the full EP product range of disposables, software and capital.
• You will develop strong, professional relationships across the spectrum of personnel to identify needs and opportunities within assigned accounts, knowing customer habits.
• You will play an integral role in generating and sustaining new business and be responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients in strategic target accounts.
• Deliver market leading customer experience to allocated accounts.
• Create detailed and documented business/account plans that provide sustainable business growth year on year, and leverage all analytical tools to monitor sales performance.
• Support Product Introductions and implement marketing strategies, leveraging on clinical data.

What you'll need:

• University degree or significant professional track record in sales
• Prior experience within complex devices sales - with EP experience strongly preferred
• Strong commercial acumen, demonstrable through cross divisional collaboration and results
