Job summary

Skills Alliance in Chicago seeks a Territory Manager to drive adoption of a next-generation electrophysiology mapping and ablation platform. You will own a defined geography, build relationships with EP programs, and serve as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to the labs you support.

You will provide hands-on clinical support during procedures, train physicians, and develop a robust account pipeline while collaborating with medical affairs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of medical device sales or clinical specialist experience, ideally in electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management.
• Familiarity with EP mapping systems (CARTO, EnSite, Rhythmia) and/or ablation procedures.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding targets in field-based roles.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to navigate hospital buying processes.
• Self-starter with ability to manage territory like a business and travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across territory through direct selling to electrophysiologists, lab managers, and hospital procurement teams.
• Provide hands-on clinical support during procedures—case coverage, physician training, and in-lab troubleshooting.
• Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts from initial evaluation to contract and ongoing development.
• Partner with clinical and medical affairs on physician education, proctoring, and training programs.
• Represent the company’s values and capabilities in a competitive, relationship-driven market.
