Job summary

Abbott seeks a driven Territory Manager to lead therapy adoption for CardioMEMS in the Milwaukee region. You will open new accounts, grow revenue, and integrate the therapy into clinical workflows across implanting centers and community hospitals.

You will build strong physician and administrator relationships, deliver clinical and strategic presentations, and manage pricing discussions. Travel 60–70% within the territory with focus on new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred.
• Track record of ≥100% to quota for 2 consecutive years.
• Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement landscape.
• Recent launch experience leading 2–3 program or therapy launches/year with pre-launch planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical, technical, and strategic presentations to drive therapy adoption and pricing discussions.
• Plan and execute educational events focused on hemodynamics, GDMT, and data.
• Provide day-of-procedure support and post-operative troubleshooting as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and manage quarterly business plans and CRM data.
