Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based specialist to provide clinical and technical support for EP mapping and CAS products. You will educate physicians and hospital staff on procedures and safe product use, while supporting regional sales goals and building customer relationships.

The role requires travel within the assigned territory, collaboration with Account Managers and Clinical teams, and strong technical training experience in cardiac ablation settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with healthcare experience in EP/Cath Lab or cardiac sales.
• Preferred: B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical field.
• Proven ability to conduct technical trainings and product education.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and navigation systems and CAS products.
• Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CAS products and procedures.
• Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to generate incremental business.
• Partner with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
• Communicate and strategize with regional sales and clinical teams.
• Represent Medtronic CAS products, services, and support to physicians and staff.
• Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology proficiency.
