Job summary

Incisive is hiring a Territory Manager – Houston, TX to drive new business and expand our footprint in dental workflow solutions. You’ll generate your own pipeline, run virtual and in-person meetings, and close new accounts. This is a field sales role with uncapped earning potential.

You’ll travel up to 25% within the territory, report to the AVP and help shape go-to-market strategy as we scale. Base salary is $75,000 with a high earning potential from commissions and bonuses, plus benefits and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Self-starter with high ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel within Territory (25%).
• Positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new dental practices within your territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (labs, distributors, manufacturers).
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
