Job summary

Hiossen is seeking a Territory Representative for East Fort Worth, TX, to drive growth across the Fort Worth/Arlington market. You will manage daily activities, visits to dental offices, and engagement in seminars to grow market share.

Expect active travel within the territory and strong collaboration with internal teams. The role requires proven direct sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and readiness for weekend events and comprehensive product training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Completion of formalized sales training is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans for the assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to dental offices to build relationships and support customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen seminars and events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assist with accounts receivable collections.
• Complete product training programs to gain product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Attend weekend courses, trade shows, and events as required.
