Job summary

Renowned dental brand in Utah seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales of dental implants and digital technologies across a defined UT territory.

You will train clinicians, manage day‑to‑day sales operations, develop territory plans, and use CRM to grow case volume while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with dental professionals.

This role offers uncapped commission, a car allowance, 401k, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Medical Sales experience with a proven track record in dental sales.
• Experience selling dental implants or related digital technologies is a plus.
• Athletic background and competitive drive are valued.
• Ability to grow a large geography and expand territory.

• Represent cutting-edge dental implants and digital technologies.
• Day-to-day sales operations and customer service to meet sales goals.
• Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Apply knowledge of Implantology and digital equipment sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue.
• Sell directly to General Dentistry, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and other dental professionals.
• Daily use of CRM to manage sales opportunities within the territory.
• Support practitioners to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: This position offers the chance to represent cutting-edge dental implants and digital technologies

• Responsible for day to day sales operations, customer service, clinical training, and sales management to meet sales goals.
• Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of Implantology and digital equipment sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue and increase case volume.
• Sell directly to business owners in General Dentistry, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and other dental professionals.
• Daily use of CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
• Support practitioners to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:.

• Medical Sales experience with a strong track record and/or Dental Sales Experience and/or- Dental Hygieinest/Coordinator
• Athletic backgrounds!
• Can handle a larger geography and can grow the territory
• A driven, 'hunter' mentality, with a keen appetite for new business development and a passion for achieving sales excellence.

Compensation: $95K Base, 200k++ at plan uncapped - Car allowance, Gas, Expenses, 401k, and great benefits and More!
