Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and growth in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, health systems, and key accounts, delivering clinical product presentations, and executing promotional programs to meet business objectives.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing a territory and key customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clinical and scientific information effectively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management capabilities.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel as required, including overnight and air travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan across a designated geography.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, pharmacies, and health systems.
• Deliver clinically accurate product presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Execute promotional programs and speaker activities to support business objectives.
• Maintain timely CRM entries and manage territory expenses within approved budgets.
