Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Territory Manager in Sparks, NV. You’ll sell construction and allied equipment, including Wirtgen, to develop market share, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth in your defined territory.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Track record of building strong customer relationships
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell construction and Allied Equipment to include Wirtgen, leveraging technology to provide customers efficiency and profit for their business.
• Build market share in the territory by developing relationships with new and current customers.
• Create and manage a productive territory plan and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with service and parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
